A quiet day. Did a load of laundry and walked to the grocery store to pick up something for a quick supper. Picked up a lasagna. It will be for supper, Monday.
Walked around the Cathedral and to the Puerta de la carne. Jacques had not seen this market while it was open yet. It turns out it is a very small market with as much fish and vegetables as meat. On the way back we saw Marc and Mary Sue waiting in line for Real Alcazar. They had a mishap when buying their tickets online and only Mary Sue had a ticket. This morning when they checked they were sold out so Marc will not be able to go.
It is starting to be very busy in the city with many plazas blocked off to install bleachers. I’m glad that we will not be here for Holy Week because if the crowds keep on increasing like they have been on weekends it will be a zoo in the city with people everywhere.
We stopped for a soup and then came back to relax for the rest of the afternoon. Around 5:30 we received a message from Marc and Mary Sue asking if we wanted to join them for a drink, so we headed off to find them. An early night for us since tomorrow we are going to Ronda and Setenil.
