Today we took it easy. Our legs needed a break from all the walking yesterday.
On Sunday we had recharged both our phones for another month but somehow Jacques’s phone has a 10-euro credit and mine has no connection. We went to Vodafone the company that our sim card is affiliated with, but she said there was nothing she could do and that we had to go back where we had recharged our cards. Since we had recharged an hour away by bus plus a transfer, we decided to let it be. A lesson learned, to recharge close to where we stay. I will be without Wi-Fi on my phone outside of the apartment for the rest of our trip. Most of our geocaching is done except for Ronda and Setenil on Sunday so I did not bother to buy more time. As it was, the clerk helping us did not understand English and we had to use google translate to understand each other. So not easy to communicate what we wanted.
This afternoon we walked to Plaza España again and then to the Maria Luisa park where the museum of arts and customs is. It is free for the Europeans to visit but as non-Europeans we had to pay a small fee to enter (1.50 Euros). It was all right to pass a quiet afternoon. Some rooms were better than others. After we exited the museum, we passed through the plaza again for another look and then we took the tram to Plaza Nueva which is only 15 minutes from our apartment. It was our 1st time using the tram which uses the same card as our bus pass.
