It was supposed to rain today so it was going to be a day of rest but again the forecasters were wrong, and we had a cloudy day.
This morning we went to finish our ‘where I go’. It wasn’t busy, I guess everyone thought it was going to rain. After finishing it we stopped to pick up supplies for supper. Rabbit is on the menu for tonight. After lunch we went for the cache that the where I go gave us the coordinates for. It was halfway up the hill to Piazza Michelangelo. After searching for an hour, we gave up and decided to go home via a different route.
It was a beautiful quiet street tree lined with no traffic. We got to enjoy it twice because it ended at a playground with the street blocked off. We turned around and went home the same way we had come. Stopped at the Sunday market to have a look at the booths in Santa Spirito square and bought a piece of goat brie.
A quiet evening in the apartment after the supper that Jacques had cooked.
