This
morning we walked to the tram stop and took the tram to the end of the line.
From there we kept on walking to make a circle that would bring us back to the
tram at the end of the day. It didn’t start too great when we couldn’t find the
first 3 caches that we went for. But as grand-père always says "il faut persévérer". We did and lo and behold we found the next one and the next one.
We had 10 on our list and found 6 of the 10. Even if we didn’t find all the
caches, we had fun and saw a different part of the city. We were in the
outskirts, almost in the country at times. All in all, we walked another 18 km.
We might make it to Saulnierville before the end of our trip.
It took us a while to find a place for lunch, finally finding a place at 2:15. It was quite the adventure ordering. The owner spoke no English or French. She went in the back and came back with a man who spoke a bit of French. His best sentence was "tout va bien?" He tried to explain to us the menu but we couldn’t understand. So, we ordered water, risotto for me and spaghetti for Jacques. The app on the phone worked enough for us to figure out that Jacques’ pasta was spicy, and it was and my risotto had eggplant and speck. Since we were so hungry, we also ordered the secondi, roast beef for Jacques and chicken for me. I’m not sure that either one of us got what we ordered but we ate it anyway. From there we continued to cache until we came back to our tram stop.
Here are a few sights from today.

Sure changes when you get out of the core of the city. ANDRE
