March 19 - Return home

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are returning home from our Greek vacation 3 weeks early. We had a great time while in Athens with the highlight being out 2 day tour in Meteora.

This morning, we got up at 4 am and took a taxi to the airport to begin out long trip back home via Frankfurt and Toronto. All 3 flights were on time and we finally entered our house (along with our luggage) at half past midnight Friday morning.

While waiting at our gate in the Athens airport, we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise which gave us encouragement that our day would go well, which it did.

 Now to start our 14 day staycation and the hope that we did not get infected en route.
