Today was a quiet day. We headed out to do a trail around a lake on the north side of Bordeaux at the end of the tram line. Many of the trails were blocked off because of the flooding so after a few turn arounds we decided to head back to the center of the city.
We stopped at place des Quinconces for an ice cream and a glass of water and did a bit of people watching before heading out to do a couple of caches and then decided to stop for a glass of wine at l’école du vin. It was an uneventful day but enjoyable none the less with the sun shining at 21 degrees while back home they are having a snowstorm.
This one's for you André
We went for a pizza in the square at 6:30. We were the only ones in the eating section outdoors. The side where they were only serving drinks was full.
We will be going to bed early as we have no internet tonight. The landlord thinks it might be his fault, he doesn’t know. His son will come later tonight to check. Jacques created a hot spot for us with the phones. It’s a bit slow but at least we get to use our laptops.
