Overslept again. I’m awake all night and in the morning we both
woke up at 9. It’s very noisy in the apartment. You can hear the traffic from
outside and the people talking on the street.
Spent the day walking the streets geocaching. We visited park La
Rambleta to find 2 caches. There is also an orienteering cache that we will
wait to do later. On the way there we passed a very very big cemetery. It is in
rows 6 high and there are rows and rows of tombstones. There are even ladders
so that people can go put flowers on the higher ones. A very efficient way of
burying their dead without wasting too much space. It must have been close to a
km long and a km wide.
We stopped for La comida on the way back. We again ate too much. a
rice dish with calamari, then a pork dish with fries, dessert consisted of
fresh strawberries and cream with coffee and 2 beers each. Total 16 euros. No
supper again we are too full from lunch. I don’t understand why everyone is not
fat. It’s unbelievable the amount of food we are served in le menu del
dia.
We missed a call from Loli to explain the recycling.
