We were up at 5 this morning and on the road not long
after that. Around 7, we stopped for breakfast at a picnic table. What a
difference a day makes. Yesterday we were playing golf in 30-degree weather and
at 8:30 this morning it is -2 at 7,000 feet elevation.
There was so much to see today that instead of the 6-hour
trip that we had planned, it took us 12 hours. It is amazing how much the
scenery changes at almost every turn. Very beautiful and very different.
